- Added new Layers:
- __BN_FullTankLevel: To draft the area inside the plot affected by Full Tank Level of a Lake
- __BN_MaximumFloodLevel: To draft the area inside the plot affected by Maximum Flood Level of a River
- Conventions:
- Lake Buffer Zone area for which concession is availed is deducted from the Gross Plot area and they cannot be utilized as Tot-Lot.
- Lake Buffer Zone area for which concession is not availed is not deducted from the Gross Plot area and they can be utilized as Tot-Lot.
- Marking:
- Added option to make "Avail Concession" for each of the Full Tank Level, Maximum Flood Level and Buffer Zone drafted inside the plot
- Added new Layers:

Validationsβ
- Full Tank Level polylines must be drafted adjacent to only a Water Body of type Lake.
- Maximum Flood Level polylines must be drafted adjacent to only a Water Body of type River
- Concession can be availed for the plot area affected due to Full Tank Level, Maximum Flood Level and Buffer Zone for plots that only fall within CURE (GHMC Including the newly merged 27 ULBs)
- Maximum Flood Level, Full Tank Level and Nala/Lake Buffer Zone areas in both BEFORE and AFTER concession site plans must have the exact same location, extent and shape.

Residential Plots:β
- The compound wall combined with the Entrance & Exit gates must cover the entire perimeter of the plot.

Commercial plots:β
- It is optional to construct a compound wall along the perimeter of the plot that is adjacent to the abutting roads to the plot.
- A compound wall must be proposed along the plot perimeter that is not adjacent to the abutting roads.
- This is also applicable to plots that are abutting commercial impact fee roads.
- In the Buffer Area within the plot, only barbed wire fencing or any other temporary fencing is allowed. Construction of a permanent compound wall with bricks / concrete is not allowed over the buffer area.

Updated validations to mandate the contour plan based on Authority:β
- For GHMC, contour plan is mandatory for all plots with plot area above 1000 sq.mts
- For the rest of the authorities (DTCP, HMDA & FCDA), the contour plan is mandatory for all plots with plot area above 4046.86 sq.mts (1 acre).
- Added validations to detect if there are any changes made to the drawing file after the drawing has passed all validations in the plugin.
