Steps

1. In Guided Marking, open Floor Plan Mapping.

2. For all basement floors:

   1. Set Floor Plan Type to "BASEMENT".
   2. Set Ventilation Type to "MECHANICAL".

3. For accessories in the basement floor plan, set Accessory Type to "AHU Air Handling Unit".

Checkpoints

• To propose mechanical ventilation for a basement, there should be at least one accessory of type "AHU Air Handling Unit" proposed within the basement floor plan.
• AHU Air Handling Unit should cover the sufficient floor area typically occupied by the equipment that enables mechanical ventilation.
